永利yl23411官網(wǎng)教授委員會(huì)主席、學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)主席，永利yl23411官網(wǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)靶場(chǎng)創(chuàng)新中心主任兼首席科學(xué)家，永利yl23411官網(wǎng)計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)與安全研究所所長，國家網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間安全重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目首席科學(xué)家，國家計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)與信息安全專項(xiàng)計(jì)劃專家組管理專家，教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才，國家政府津貼專家，四川省學(xué)術(shù)和技術(shù)帶頭人、成都市有突出貢獻(xiàn)的優(yōu)秀專家。

國內(nèi)最早一批從事計(jì)算機(jī)免疫、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息對(duì)抗等的研究者，主持10多項(xiàng)國家級(jí)及省部級(jí)重點(diǎn)重大項(xiàng)目的研究，在IEEE Trans. Inform. For. & Sec.、IEEE Trans. Dep. & Sec. Comput.、IEEE Trans. Wirel. Commun.、IEEE Trans. Veh. Technol.、IEEE Trans. Ind. Inform.、IEEE J. Select. Areas Comm.、IEEE Signal Proc. Let.、ACM Sig. Noti.、中國科學(xué)、科學(xué)通報(bào)等國內(nèi)外重要學(xué)術(shù)期刊和學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議發(fā)表論文300多篇，申請(qǐng)及獲準(zhǔn)國家發(fā)明專利37項(xiàng)；出版專著或教材4本，其中《計(jì)算機(jī)免疫學(xué)》系國內(nèi)外第一部有關(guān)計(jì)算機(jī)免疫的專著；提出了一系列基于免疫的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全技術(shù)，美國科學(xué)院院士、人工免疫系統(tǒng)奠基人Prof. A. S. Perelson將其列為世界上7個(gè)新的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全免疫系統(tǒng)典型代表之一，國際知名計(jì)算機(jī)免疫學(xué)家Prof. S. Srinivasan認(rèn)為是世界上排名第1的計(jì)算機(jī)免疫系統(tǒng)（評(píng)比對(duì)象為來自美國、英國、中國等10個(gè)國家的15個(gè)計(jì)算機(jī)免疫系統(tǒng)典型代表），國內(nèi)方濱興等8位院士認(rèn)為“有重大創(chuàng)新”，“具有獨(dú)創(chuàng)性和開拓性”，“處于國際領(lǐng)先水平”；成果入選國家科技成果重點(diǎn)推廣計(jì)劃、國家重點(diǎn)新產(chǎn)品、國家13五重點(diǎn)研發(fā)典型成果代表等，并在國內(nèi)100多個(gè)地區(qū)上千家單位推廣應(yīng)用，取得重大經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益，排名第一獲省部級(jí)科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)5次。
